Typhoon sends Japanese away – Century Direct Group Report

Century Direct Group Report – Residents in Japan are advised to evacuate as Typhoon Roke approaches. Rain has already caused alot of flooding and damage. There are three people reported unaccounted for and possibly not alive. There is fear that the Fukushima plant which was never fully repaired yet can be once again hit by this typhoon. The subway system in Nagoya is flooded, passengers were helped out by firefighters as the water was rising.
